The competition

It is open to all directors of audiovisual editing. The purpose of this competition is:

- To promote discipline

- To encourage the quality of the assemblies:

* by a scenario bringing an emotion

* by looking for beautiful images

* by developing an adapted soundtrack.

- And also to meet for fruitful exchanges between Audiovisual Art enthusiasts.

The course of the competition

After validation by the organizers, the montages will be evaluated by a jury of 3 judges chosen by "CLIC Triel". Each judge views all of the montages individually.

After consultation, the jury selects 10 montages and determines 6 special prizes to be awarded according to the specific qualities of the selected montages.
It also determines the list of acceptances.

The 10 selected montages will be projected on the big screen, during the public session of the Festival. It is possibly supplemented by 1 or more assemblies chosen among the acceptances. The order of screenings is decided by the organizers.

At the end of this session, the spectators vote for the awarding of the "Prix du Public", among all the montages screened.

Competition Prizes

The 10 selected montages will all be rewarded with one of the following 10 prizes:

- - 1st Prize: The Gold Light Cup

- - 2nd Prize: The Silver Light Cup

- - 3rd Prize: The Bronze Light Cup

- - The Grand Prix of the City of Triel-sur-Seine

- - The 6 special prizes
Remarks:
-- The public vote takes place before the announcement of the official results.

Not everyone involved in the organization can participate.
